APPLICATIONS:

A. Digital printing

As we mentioned before, we chose PVC for the sake of digital printing, not PC or PET or Acrylic like materials. We use purified PVC film and small ratio of DOP within, which means the ink absorbency can’t keep up with flex banner. CMYK, four print heads, reduce the ink output depends on the condition of print head…Other process are the same as flex banner: joint, eyelet, application…

B. Screen Printing

Silk-screen Printing is a printing method which begins earlier than digital printing. According to digital printing, because of its high solution, silk-screen printing will lower. cost and abandon rate, but the disadvantage of silk-screen printing comes out, you need to make a template or plate in order to copy the graphics, so if the quantity is small, your cost would be higher. Meanwhile, along with the technology of digital printing, the ad vantage of silk-screen prining is getting smaller.

The ink is special for PVC, and the durability depends on your ink.

C. Lettering

Customers choose advertising grade (glass beads) on advertising graphics to get better performance, because it's flat and thin. Now, we have another choice that is micro-prism type, it's more shining. Another difference is you have to upgrade your machine. We still recommend you to choose whole graphic printing.
